Jeff is a registered Architect with over 30 years of practice in the architecture and interior design fields. His range of knowledge and technical expertise in design and construction have enabled him to successfully manage some of the firms largest and most intricate projects. His ability to develop a positive team working environment promotes effective interaction and communication among all project members.
Living in Oak Cliff with his wife Laura and their two dogs, Jeff spends the balance of his time volunteering, attending community events and spending time with Laura and their three sons. Equaling his passion for design is Jeff’s love of music, guitar, reading, gardening, and get away road trips experiencing Texas culture, cuisine and architecture.
Dean provides a client-focused approach to all project involvement: he is an asset to any team with his high level of technical expertise. His 34 years of experience have been acquired by active involvement in both the documentation and field work of a project.
Dean believes quality design is a blend of all of the technical natures of getting a project constructed while still achieving good aesthetics and high user functionality. He enjoys problem solving, attention to detail, is always thinking about new ways to streamline our processes and is always pushing himself in new directions.
Furthermore, Dean spends his free time with his family and very close friends, Dean enjoys quietly unplugging from work by gardening, reading and volunteering.
Carly is a registered Interior Designer and brings impressive design knowledge, experience and solutions to her clients’ design needs and challenges. Her project expertise ranges from initial project programming and design conceptualization through construction documentation and observation. Carly takes a great deal of pride in her ability to connect with her clients and gain an understanding of their needs.
In addition to her interior design skills, Carly has helped raise money for community charities, and was most recently on the committee for Furniture for Kids which raised money for Dallas CASA. In addition, Carly worked with dozens of local designers to sew masks for local hospitals during the Coronavirus pandemic. Carly is married and the mother of two young sons. She is often attending baseball games for her youngest Eli, and robotics competitions for her oldest Alex. She and her husband John like to travel when time permits.
