Asked to create a space that lets people do their best work, and enjoy what they are doing, the goals of the project were to increase the usability of the space, reduce office and workspace sizes, and create multi-purpose spaces which give employees options for how to work, how to meet, and how to create connections. Today, employees are showing up to work earlier, have pride in their space, and are bringing their families in to show off the space.
